Parents With Young Children Connection Group On Friday, November 14th from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we will have a time of fellowship and games for parents and their young children in the Family Life Center. This connection group is meant to be therapeutic for parents and kids who are going stir crazy with the coming of winter. Bring a game and a snack and we look forward to seeing you there. Christmas Cookie Connection Do you like to bake and enjoy cookies at Christmas time? Join with some other ladies and enjoy a Christmas Cookie Exchange. SWEET!!! Healing Service On Sunday November 23rd, Rev, Dan Notley will join us in both morning service. Rev. Notley is gifted in encouraging the Body of Christ in the area of faith. That evening at 6 PM, he will be leading a Healing Service here at First Assembly. Many deal with issues of physical, spiritual, and emotional affliction. This evening we will spend time seeking our Lord who is the Healer in every area of our lives. sw2Please make plans to join us and bring someone you know who could benefit from this type of ministry. Let’s be in prayer for these services and believe the Lord to move in power among us. Baptism Service We have several individuals that have inquired about baptism. So on December 7th at 5:30Pm, we are renting the pool at the Hibbing Park Hotel for a baptism service. If you have never been baptized by your own desire, then now is the time to choose to make a public declaration of faith and be baptized. To sign up, circle the letter B on your connection card. |

Thanksgiving Outreach The tickets have all been handed out for our Thanksgiving Outreach. Those who have tickets can redeem them here at First Assembly on Saturday, November 22nd at 11:00 AM. Many of you have volunteered and have been contacted. If you volunteered but were mistakenly not contacted, you are very welcome to be involved. All volunteers need to be in the Fellowship Hall by 9:00 AM on the day of the Outreach. Everyone please be in prayer for the families we will have an opportunity to minister to on this day. Christmas At First Assembly On Sunday, December 21st during both services, our Kid’s ministry will be presenting “The Bethlehem Project” musical. There is still a need for adult and teen helpers. We need teens to be actors in the play. We need adults to help with: set construction, sound, lighting, costume sewing, baking treats for rehearsals, etc. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Donna Wilcox or Julie Hendrickson for more information.
